The apartment was very clean and spacious. I particularly appreciated the presence of a toaster, washing machine, microwave, induction stove, and cookware. These appliances. The location offered easy access to nearby cafes and restaurants.
The gym size decreased recently, some equipment was removed.

The rooftop pool had about twenty loungers. A shaded area provided sun protection. the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so maintaining a workout routine was straightforward. overall, the facilities were well-kept.

the check-in and check-out processes were efficient. the staff were helpful with the taxi arrangement. the beds provided a comfortable rest (i slept well).
the breakfast options were somewhat limited. i noticed only a few hot dish choices were available. the hotel did not provide daily water refills (it's a minor inconvenience).

Really good Hospitality

I enjoyed the upgraded rooms. The furnishings included a bed and sofa. Bedside plugs provided great convenience. The gym remained open 24 hours, containing most equipment. I also noted improvements to the hot water system.
The WiFi signal weakened noticeably around 5 PM, somewhat inconvenient.

The staff was very service-oriented. Mr Yesu, the housekeeping supervisor, contacted me to inquire about my room and cleanliness, demonstrating excellent job awareness and i appreciated their friendly nature.

The hotel provided on-site parking, which i appreciated. The metro station was within a 10-minute walk. I booked daily trips via the activities desk, and the hotel has excellent proximity to everything, SO i was very happy!

A GOOD selection of breakfast foods was available. The breakfast included both cold and hot dishes. I enjoyed the variety of fruits, pastries, and yogurts, though it was sometimes crowded.

The hotel is near many shops and transport options. Access to shops and transportation was easy. This accessible location contributed positively to my overall travel experience AND I not sketchy at all.

I appreciated the spaciousness of my room. it had a washing machine, a kitchen, and a fridge. anis, shika, mary, and karim were very helpful. i thank them for their great hospitality. Everything was perfect!
the hot water seemed to take a bit to get going sometimes.
